Introspective Intelligence is the capacity to self reflect, accurately deciphering one’s strengths, weaknesses, likes, dislikes, and predispositions.
It’s a measure of the ability to engage in accurate self-discovery.
My belief is that high Introspective Intelligence is quite helpful in achieving long-term behavior change, as it lays the groundwork for effective Behavior Matching. For example, someone high in Introspective Intelligence will be able to choose goals and activities that are appropriate for their talents, strengths, weaknesses, etc.
